Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common conduct disorder among children. ADHD is determined by levels of impulsive behavior, attention deficit and hyperactivity. Most of children with ADHD have normal intelligence quotient and some of them are gifted students. We normally expect that a child with ADHD has additional problems such as mental retardation, educational and even mental problems. It is clear that this disorder is not limited to the gifted participants. Similarity in terms of social problems in children with ADHD is significant, then they often confused with each other. In this paper, intelligent features and differential diagnosis of gifted children with ADHD explained against other children with ADHD.
