Background: One of the main causes of the occurrence and recurrence of disability in the family is the background and biological status of parents in pre and post pregnancy. The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the biological characteristics of relatives and non-native parents with more than one exceptional child in order to develop preventive, educational and supportive interventions.
methods: The research was descriptive-analytic and post-event method. The statistical population consisted of parents with more than one relative and non-relative son of Mazandaran province in 1396, and a sample of 150 families with more than one extraordinary children were selected by simple random sampling and multi-stage sampling. The study tool was a questionnaire for assessing the biological, cognitive, psychological and social characteristics of Afrooz which was completed by interviewing parents.  The obtained results were calculated using Chi-square test with coefficient of determination
Results: The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between the biological characteristics of parental age, the number of children of the family, the order of birth of the parents in the family, the health status of the parents and the mother's condition during pregnancy. From: Endocrine and Domestic, diabetes, epilepsy, poisoning, history of wheezing, exposure to X-ray, severe abdominal pain, history of drug use and iron pills, mobility and rest, abortion and length of pregnancy in relatives and non-nursing parents. There is a significant relationship between the history of disability in the parents' family, the condition of the mother during pregnancy in terms of: specific disease, severe fever, history of blood transfusion, nutritional status in relatives and non-native parents.
Conclusion: Regarding the effects of biological variables and maternal conditions during pregnancy on pediatric, repetitive and intensified disabilities, preventive measures and Zentique
