Background: Children with CP spend half of a day in school; therefore, providing special facilities may lead to some physical improvements. The physical condition of children with CP is accompanied by physical deformities along with low breathing capacity and other problems.

Conclusion: In this article, the general strategies for improving the condition of children with CP are stated. These strategies need to the coordination among related experts in performance.
