fa مروری بر اختلال هماهنگی رشدی جسمي - حركتي Physical Disabilities ترجمه (پایان پذیرفته است) translate <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> در حال حاضر حدود 5 تا 6درصد از دانش‌آموزان دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی هستند. این اختلال نوعی ناتوانی عصبی‌حرکتی است. در این اختلال، ناتوانی در هماهنگی حرکتی موجب مشکلاتی در فعالیت‌های روزمره زندگی یا پیشرفت تحصیلی کودک می‌شود. این کودکان به‌طورمعمول مشکلاتی در مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف یا درشت دارند و در انجام عملکردهای حرکتی نسبت‌به همسالان خود به‌طورمعمول کند‌تر، بی‌دقت‌تر و بی‌ثبات‌تر هستند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> در این مقاله به بررسی تاریخچه‌ و تعریف فعلی این اختلال، شیوع، سبب‌شناسی، اختلال‌های همراه، اثر آن بر زندگی کودک و تشخیص آن پرداخته می‌شود. در پایان مقاله به‌طورخلاصه درمان‌هایی که در مورد این کودکان انجام گرفته، بررسی می‌شود و همچنین نتایج پژوهش‌های جدید با تصویربرداری عصبی از مغز این کودکان شرح داده شده است.</p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Today, about 5 to6% of school-aged children is with developmental coordination disorder (DCD). This disorder is a neuromotor disability in which a child&rsquo;s motor coordination difficulties significantly interfere with activities of daily living or academic achievement. These children typically have problem with fine or gross motor skills, and motor performance in compare with peers is instable and slower.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> In this paper, we review the history of various definitions leading up to the current definition of DCD, prevalence estimates for the disorder, etiology, common co-morbidities, the impact of DCD on the child&rsquo;s life, and prognosis.
