fa املا و نظام نوشتاری زبان فارسی عمومي General مروری Review Article <p style="DIRECTION: rtl">  «املا» یا «هجی کردن» به عنوان یکی از مهارت­های نوشتاری در دوه ی ابتدایی از اهمّیّت بسزایی برخودار است و پایه و اساسی برای یادگیری نوشتن دانش­ آموزان به شمار می رود. آشنایی آموزگاران با موانع و مشکلات تحقّق اهداف آموزشی در درس املا می­ تواند آن­ها را در جهت برطرف نمودن معضلات این درس یاری نماید. عوامل متعدّدی سبب اختلال در آموزش نوشتن به ویژه درس املا می­گردد و این درس را با مشکلی به نام «غلط نویسی» یا «نادرست نویسی» مواجه می­سازد. نادرست نویسی در درس املا از دیدگاه­ های مختلفی قابل بررسی است. یکی از این دیدگاه­ ها، دیدگاه زبان شناسی است. از این نظر، گاه ویژگی­ها و اشکالات موجود در نظام نوشتاری زبان فارسی نقش عمده ای در افت تحصیلی فراگیران در درس املا دارد. در این مقاله سعی بر این است تا ضمن بررسی نشانه ­ها (حروف) و صداها (واج ها) و ارتباط بین آن ها در خطّ فارسی از دیدگاه زبان شناسی به تشریح موانع یادگیری آن بپردازد. </p> ''Dictation" or "Spelling" as one of the writing skills in the primary course is very important, and is a base for the writing learning of the students. To be familiar of the teachers with the obstacles and the problems to accrue the educational aims in the Dictation can help them to omit the problems of this lesson. The variety factors causes the distortion to instruct the writing especially Dictation, and this lesson confronts with a problem named al dis orthographic. In this view, features & the difficulties in the Persian language writhing system has the main role in the decline of education of the learners of Dictation.
