fa بررسی نتایج نیازسنجی از مربیان کودکان آسیب‌دیده‌ی شنوایی به منظور طراحی و تدوین برنامه‌ی آموزشی ـ توان‌بخشی عمومي General اصیل پژوهشی Original Article هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نتایج نیازسنجی برنامه‌ی آموزشی ـ توان‌بخشی آسیب دیده شنوایی از نظر مربیان به منظور طراحی و تدوین برنامه آموزشی ـ توان‌بخشی با رویکرد شنیداری ـ کلامی (AVT) بود. در این مطالعه توصیفی، تعداد 26 نفر از مربیان کودکان زیر 4 سال خراسان رضوی به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع‌آوری شد. نتایج مربوطه نشان داد که معلمان در مواردی همچون مشارکت والدین در برنامه درسی، متناسب بودن برنامه با ویژگی‌های کودک، تدوین اهداف مناسب و روشن، استفاده از روش‌ها و رویکردهای آموزشی جدید و استفاده از وسایل کمک شنیداری ابراز نیاز کرده‌اند. عدم انسجام برنامه‌ها، عدم توجه به اهداف، عدم تاکید بر وضوح گفتار و اصلاح تلفظ کودکان، عدم تجربه کافی معلمان و عدم آشنایی آنها با برنامه AVT از مهمترین نقاط ضعف برنامه فعلی است. برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزشی مناسب ازمهمترین نیازهای این معلمان بوده و برگزاری دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت آشنایی با AVT ، کلاس‌های افزایش آگاهی والدین از نظر مربیان، عاملی برای رفع مشکلات این برنامه عنوان شده است. با توجه به یافته‌ها، طراحی و تدوین برنامه درسی مطلوب در گروی توجه به نیازهای مربیان و نقاط ضعف برنامه فعلی است. The purpose of the current research was to analyze the results of the needs assessment of training/ rehabilitation program for hearing impaired children from the teachers' point of view in order to design and develop a rehabilitation training program with an auditory/verbal trait (AVT). In this descriptive study, 26 teachers of children under the age of 4 from the state of Khorasan Razavi using the census method were selected. The data were gathered using a researcher-made questionnaire. The results Indicated that teachers felt the need in situations such as parents' participation in the curriculum planning, the appropriateness of the program with the children's special needs, setting clear and suitable goals, using new methods and approaches and the use of hearing aids. The weakest points in the current program are the lack of coherence in the program, the lack of paying attention to the goals, the lack of emphasis on the clarity of the speech and the correction of the students' pronunciation, the teachers' lack of enough experiences and their lack of awareness with AVT program. Setting up appropriate training classes is one of the most important needs of the teachers and creating training courses while getting to know AVT, having classes to increase parents' awareness, in the teachers' opinions, were the factors for getting rid of the problems in this program.
