fa نگاهی به الگوهای عصب-روا ن‌شناختی تبیین اختلال طیف اُتیسم از منظر باز ی‌درمانی و طراحی مداخلات باز ی‌محور اتيسم Autism مروری Review Article چکیده<br> زمینه و هدف: نظریه های عصب روان شناختی مختلفی برای تبیین اختلال طیف اُتیسم ارایه شده است، لذا هدف مقاله<br> حاضر مرور و مقایسه سه نظریه : فقدان نظریه ی ذهن، نقص در کارکردهای اجرایی و انسجام مرکزی ضعیف و راهبردهای<br> درمانی آموزشی پیشنهادی مرتبط با هر الگو بود که مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<br> روش: مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش مروری تحلیلی-مقایسه ای نظریه های عصب روان شناختی و دلالت های آنها در<br> طراحی بازی درمانی و مداخلات بازی محور برای کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم تدوین شد.<br> یافته ها: بررسی و وا کاوی رایج ترین نظریه های عصب روان شناختی تبیینک‌ننده ویژگی ها و مشکلات کودکان با اختلال طیف<br> اُتیسم نشان می دهد، الگوی انسجام مرکزی ضعیف برای برخی عملکردهای نشانگان ساوانت و کودکان اُتیستیک با عملکرد<br> بالا مانند خواندن زودهنگام و سردرگمی در انتزاع و فهم اصل موضوع و وا کنش های حسی به ازدحام، توضیح مناسبی ارایه<br> می کند و الگوی فقدان نظریه ذهن کاستی های کودکان اُتیستیک در تبیین نقص در ارتباط و شناخت اجتماعی، کاستی های<br> درک استعاره و مشکل در شوخ طبعی را تبیین می کند و الگوی نقص در کارکردهای اجرایی نیز توضیح مناسبی برای مشکل<br> رفتارهای کلیشه ای، انعطاف ناپذیری، همسان خواهی و مشکلات برنامه ریزی کودکان اُتیستیک فراهم می کند.<br> نتیجه گیری: الگوهای سه گانه ی ذکرشده دلالت هایی را برای بازی درمانی و مداخلات بازی محور در قالب هایی نظیر:<br> ترسیم نقاشی گام به گام، داستان سازی با تصاویر، استفاده از انیمیشن یا فیلم کوتاه، تحریک توجه مشترک با عروسک های<br> دستی، بازی های تقلیدی، پانتومیم و شکلک بازی، داستان های اجتماعی، آموزش ذهن خوانی، نمایش و ایفای نقش،<br> استفاده از کارت های هدایت توجه و کارت های فرایندی اجرای فعالیت های روزمره و بازی های راهبردی را ارایه می کند.<br> &nbsp; Abstract<br> Background and Purpose: Some neuropsychological theories have been offered to explain Autism<br> Spectrum Disorder (ASD), so the purpose of this article is to review and compare three theories: Weak<br> Central Coherence (WCC), Lack of Theory of Mind (ToM) and deficit of Executive Functions (EFs) and<br> strategies Suggested educational treatment related to each pattern is examined.<br> Method: The present article was compiled using an analytical-comparative review of neuropsychological<br> theories and their implications in the design of play therapy and play-based interventions for children with<br> autism.<br> Findings: The review and analysis of the most common neuropsychological theories explaining the<br> characteristics and problems of children with autism spectrum disorder shows that the WCC model is<br> suitable for some functions of savant syndrome and high-functioning autistic children, such as early reading<br> and confusion in abstraction and understanding. The principle of the subject and sensory reactions to the<br> crowd provides a suitable explanation, and the ToM model explains the deficiencies of autistic children<br> in explaining the deficiencies in communication and social cognition, the deficiencies in understanding<br> metaphors, and the difficulty in humor.
