fa اثربخشی آموزش ایماگوتراپی بر انعطا ف‌پذیری شناختی و اجتناب شناختی مادران دارای فرزندان کم‌توان ذهنی كم توان ذهني Mental Retarded اصیل پژوهشی Original Article چکیده<br> زمینه و هدف: هدف از این پژوهش اثربخشی آموزش ایما گوتراپی بر انعطاف پذیری شناختی و اجتناب شناختی مادران<br> دارای فرزندان کم توان ذهنی بود.<br> روش: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی و با به کارگیری طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه انجام شد. جامعه آماری<br> متشکل از تمام مادران دارای فرزندان کم توان ذهنی شهر بیرجند در سال ۱۴۰۲ - ۱۴۰۱ بود. از میان جامعه آماری با<br> استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد ۲۸ مادر داری فرزند کم توان ذهنی انتخاب، و به صورت تصادفی در قالب<br> 2 گروه آزمایشی ) ۱۴ ( و گواه ) ۱۴ ( جایگزین شدند. در این پژوهش به منظور جمع آوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه<br> انعطاف پذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال ) ۲۰۱۰ ( و اجتناب شناختی سکستون و دا گاس ) ۲۰۰۸ ( استفاده شد. گروه<br> آزمایشی به مدت ۱۰ جلسه ی ۹ دقیقه ای تحت آموزش ایما گوتراپی قرار گرفت، درحالی که گروه گواه آموزشی دریافت نکرد.<br> داده ها از طریق تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<br> یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش ایما گوتراپی بر بهبود انعطاف پذیری<br> شناختی و کاهش اجتناب شناختی آزمودنی ها اثربخش بوده است ) ۰۱ / .)P>۰<br> نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش حا کی از کاربرد مفید رویکرد آموزش ایما گوتراپی در بهبود انعطاف پذیری شناختی و<br> کاهش اجتناب شناختی مادران دارای فرزند کم توان ذهنی بود.<br> &nbsp; Abstract<br> Background & Purpose: The aim of this research was the effectiveness of imago therapy training on<br> cognitive flexibility and cognitive avoidance of mothers with mentally retarded children.<br> Materials and Methods: The method of this research was semi-experimental and was carried out using<br> a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical community consisted of all mothers with<br> mentally retarded children in Birjand city in 2022-2023. 28 mothers of intellectually disabled children were<br> selected from among the statistical population using the available sampling method, and they were randomly<br> replaced in the form of two experimental (14) and control (14) groups. In this research, in order to collect<br> research data, cognitive flexibility questionnaire by Dennis and Vanderwaal (2010) and cognitive avoidance<br> by Sexton and Dagas (2008) were used. The experimental group underwent imagotherapy training for 10<br> sessions of 9 minutes, while the control group did not receive the training certificate.
