fa بررسی انتقال، مسیر شغلی، کارآفرینی و کار شایسته برای توانمندسازی افراد با آسیب بینایی آسیب دیده بینایی Visual Impaired مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده<br> زمینه و هدف: انتقال یعنی تغییرات، تعدیل ها و تجربیات ترا کمی که در زندگی هر فرد با رفتن از یک محیط به محیط<br> دیگر ایجاد می شود. بررسی مسیر شغلی، کارآفرینی و کار شایسته برای توانمندسازی افراد با آسیب بینایی از اهمیت خاصی<br> برخوردار است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی انتقال با تأ کید بر تقویت شایستگی ها و مهارت ها، تغییرات لازم برای گذر از<br> مراحل انتقال و توسعه شغلی، تحول مسیر شغلی، آموزش انتقال و خودمختاری، آماده سازی افراد برای جستجوی شغل،<br> کارآفرینی در راستای حمایت از توانمندسازی و کار شایسته برای افراد با آسیب بینایی انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر<br> توصیفی و از نوع مروری بود. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از مقاله ها، پایان نامه ها و کتاب های موجود در پایگاه های علمی<br> معتبر از سال 2000 تا 2023 استفاده شد.<br> نتیجه گیری: انتقال برای دانش آموزان با آسیب بینایی باید به عنوان یک سیستم حمایتی اساسی در کلاس درس<br> برای شناسایی و پُر کردن شکاف های گذر از دوران تحصیل به سوی بازار کار عمل کند. تغییرات مورد نیاز برای گذر از<br> مراحل انتقال و توسعه شغلی شامل نیاز به تسهیل یادگیری تجربی و کاربردی، توسعه مهارت های جایگزین، و یادگیری<br> نحوه دسترسی به اطلاعات می شود. استخدام سفارشی یک راهبرد مهم برای حمایت از افراد با آسیب بینایی به منظور<br> جستجوی شغل مناسب است. همه انسان ها سزاوار داشتن کار شایسته هستند. بنابراین، باید برای افراد با آسیب بینایی<br> نوعی راهنمایی و مشاوره شغلی نظام دار، هدفمند، برنامه ریزی شده و مناسب طراحی شود.<br> &nbsp;</div> Abstract<br> Background and Aim: Transition means the changes, adjustments and experiences of density that are<br> created in the life of each person by going from one environment to another. Examining the career path,<br> entrepreneurship and decent work for empowering individuals with visual impairment is of particular<br> importance. This research aims to investigate the transition with emphasis on strengthening competencies<br> and skills, the changes necessary to go through the stages of transition and career development, developing<br> the career path, training for transition and autonomy, preparing individuals for job search, entrepreneurship<br> in order to support empowerment and decent work for individuals with visual impairment were performed.<br> The present research method was descriptive and review type. Articles, theses and books available in<br> reliable scientific databases from 2000 to 2023 were used to collect information.<br> Conclusion: Transitions for students with visual impairment should serve as an essential support system in<br> the classroom to identify and fill gaps in the transition from education to the labor market. The changes required<br> to go through the stages of transition and career development include the need to facilitate experiential and<br> applied learning, develop alternative skills, and learn how to access information. Customized employment<br> is an important strategy to support individuals with visual impairment in finding suitable employment. All<br> human beings deserve to have a decent job.
