fa مقایسه اثربخشی والدگری مبتنی بر مهارتهای سازماندهی و والدگری مثبت بر بهبود مهارت‌های فرزندپروری و کیفیت تعامل والد-کودک در کودکان ناشنوا و کم‌شنوا آسیب دیده شنوایی Hearing Impaired اصیل پژوهشی Original Article چکیده<br> زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی والدگری مبتنی بر سازماندهی و والدگری مثبت بر بهبود مهارت های<br> فرزندپروری و کیفیت تعامل والد-کودک در کودکان ناشنوا در شهرستان سمنان انجام شد.<br> روش: این پژوهش به صورت شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مادران کودکان<br> ناشنوا و کم شنوا در سطح شهرستان سمنان در سال تحصیلی 1401 - 1400 بود. شانزده شرکت کننده این مطالعه به صورت<br> تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی فرزندپروری مثبت ) 8 نفر ( و مبتنی بر سازماندهی ) 8 نفر ( منتسب شدند. شرکت کنندگان به<br> پرسشنامه های فرزندپروری بامریند ) 1973 ( و رابطه والد-فرزند پیانتا ) 2011 ( قبل و بعد از مداخله پاسخ دادند.<br> یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که بین گروه ها تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و گروه والدگری مثبت<br> میانگین بالاتری نسبت به گروه والدگری مبتنی بر مهارت های سازمان دهی در مهارت های فرزندپروری و تعامل والد-کودک<br> دارد. بعالوه نتایج آزمون t زوجی نشان داد که تغییرات در دو گروه ا گرچه از پیش آزمون تا پس آزمون معنادار است، اما<br> تغییرات گروه والدگری مثبت بیشتر است.<br> نتیجه گیری: تعامل مادر با کودک یک امر پیچیده و چندبعدی است و باتوجه به ناشنوا بودن فرزند، این تعامل باید<br> از عوامل کلیدی مؤثری مانند نگرش، میزان پذیرش والدین، نحوه مدیریت و کنترل رفتار، حس شایستگی اجتماعی و<br> خویشتنداری، دانش و مهارت والدگری، خوش فکری والدین در تربیت کودک و ایجاد محیطی با حداقل تعارض برخوردار<br> باشد که در نتایج داده ها والدگری مثبت هم سویی بیشتری با این موارد داشته است.<br> &nbsp; Abstract<br> Background and purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness<br> of parenting based on organization and positive parenting on improving parenting skills and the quality of<br> parent-child interaction in deaf children in Semnan city.<br> Method: This research was quasi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design. The statistical<br> population included all mothers of deaf and hard-of-hearing children in Semnan city in the academic year<br> of 1401-1400. Sixteen participants of this study were randomly assigned to two experimental groups of<br> positive parenting (8 people) and organization-based parenting (8 people). The participants answered the<br> parenting questionnaires of Baumrind (1973) and parent-child relationship of Pianta (2011) before and<br> after the intervention.<br> Findings: The results of multivariate covariance analysis showed that there is a significant difference<br> between the groups, and the positive parenting group has a higher average than the parenting group based<br> on organizational skills in parenting skills and parent-child interaction.
