fa اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری بر سلامت روان و باورهای غیرمنطقی مادران کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم در ایران: مرور نظا م مند اتيسم Autism مروری Review Article چکیده<br> زمینه و هدف: به طور کلی سطح سالمت روان مادران کودکان با اختالل طیف اُتیسم در قیاس با والدین کودکان عادی<br> پایین تر است و از باورهای غیرمنطقی بیشتری استفاده می کنند. یکی از روش های پرکاربرد برای بهبود ا کثر ویژگی های<br> روان شناختی، درمان شناختی رفتاری است. این مطالعه با هدف برآورد تأثیر درمان شناختی رفتاری بر س المت روان و<br> باورهای غیرمنطقی مادران کودکان با اخت الل طیف اُتیسم به روش مرور نظام مند انجام گرفت.<br> روش: در این مطالعه جستجو با استفاده از کلید واژه های معتبر در بانک های اطلاعاتی بدون محدودیت زمانی تا سال<br> 1400 انجام گرفت. در نهایت 6 مقاله که ملاک های ورود به مطالعه را داشتند، انتخاب و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. به منظور<br> ارزیابی ناهمگنی مطالعات از آزمون Q و شاخص I2 استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار Medcalc مورد تحلیل قرار<br> گرفتند.<br> یافته ها: در 6 مطالعه مورد تحلیل با حجم نمونه 204 نفر، میانگین تفاوت استاندارد شده نمره س المت روانی در گروه<br> مداخله با فاصله اطمینان 95 درصد ) 340 / 1 تا 427 / 0(، 883 / 0 واحد از گروه گواه بیشتر است. همچنین میانگین تفاوت<br> استاندارد شده نمره باورهای غیرمنطقی در گروه مداخله با فاصله اطمینان 95 درصد ) 273 / 0- تا 751 / 0(، 122 / 0 واحد<br> بوده است.<br> نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که درمان شناختی رفتاری بر س المت روان مادران کودکان اُتیستیک مؤثر است ولی بر<br> باورهای غیرمنطقی آنها تأثیری ندارد. لذا درمان شناختی رفتاری به عنوان روشی مؤثر و مکمل بر س المت روان مادران<br> کودکان اُتیستیک توصیه می شود.<br> &nbsp; Abstract<br> Background and purpose: In general, the level of mental health of mothers of children with autism is<br> lower than the parents of normal children and parents of children with chronic diseases, and they use<br> more irrational ideas and beliefs. One of the most widely used and effective methods to improve most<br> psychological features is cognitive behavioral therapy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of<br> CBT treatment on mental health and irrational beliefs of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorders<br> in Iran by systematic review and meta-analysis.<br> Methods: In this study, a search was performed using valid Persian and English keywords without time limit<br> until 2021. Finally, 6 studies that met the inclusion criteria were selected and analyzed. In order to evaluate<br> the heterogeneity of the studies, Q test and I2 index were used. Data were analyzed using MEDCALC<br> software.<br> Results: In six studies analyzed with a sample size of 204 people, the mean standardized difference in<br> mental health score in the intervention group with 95% confidence interval (1.340 to 0.427) was 0.883<br> units higher than the control group.
