fa پیشگیری و مراقبت از افراد با ناتوانی در زمان شیوع ویروس کرونا عمومي General مروری Review Article زمینه: شیوع ویروس کرونا یا همان بیماری کووید ۱۹ در سال ۲0۱۹ ، افراد بسیاری را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است و اطلاعات<br> کافی برای کمک به افراد مختلف در مقابل این بیماری وجود ندارد. تأثیر این ویروس در افراد مختلف متفاوت است و برخی<br> افراد در برابر آن آسیب پذیری بالاتری دارند. از جمله این افراد می توان به افراد با ناتوانی اشاره کرد، زیرا دارای مشکلات<br> اساسی در سلامتی هستند. به همین دلیل ضروری است که مشکلات، چالش ها و راهکارهای مراقبت از این افراد در برابر<br> این بیماری مورد بررسی قرار گیرد تا اطلاعات ضروری برای مراقبت از آنها در اختیار والدین، مراقبان، مربیان و معلمان شان<br> قرار گیرد. در مقاله حاضر که از نوع توصیفی و مروری است پس از بیان مقدمه ای کوتاه، دلایل خطر بالای این بیماری برای<br> افراد با ناتوانی، مشکلات و چالش های افراد با ناتوانی در زمان شیوع ویروس کرونا و مشکلات خانواده های دارای فرد با<br> ناتوانی بیان می شود و در ادامه، راهبردهای کاهش خطر ابتلا به ویروس کرونا و راهبردهای مراقبت از افراد با ناتوانی در<br> زمان شیوع بیماری ارایه می شود.<br> نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی با توجه به عدم اطمینان و نبودن روش های مطمئن برای درمان کووید ۱۹ برای رفع نیازهای افراد<br> با ناتوانی در زمان شیوع ویروس کرونا اقداماتی از قبیل استفاده از آموزش عمومی و رایگان توسط معلمان و مربیان به صورت<br> مجازی، دسترسی به بیمه های درمانی مناسب برای این افراد در این شرایط، حمایت های مالی و مشاوره روان شناختی برای<br> این افراد و خانواده های شان و گسترش زیر ساخت های فناوری و ابزار ارتباطی بسیار ضروری است.<br> &nbsp; Background & Purpose: The prevalence of coronavirus (Covid 19) in 2019 has affected many people<br> and there is not enough information to help different people against this disease. The effect of this virus<br> varies from person to person, and some people are highly vulnerable to this disease. These include people<br> with disabilities, because they have major health problems. For this reason, it is necessary to examine the<br> problems, challenges and strategies to care for these people in order to provide the necessary information<br> about caring of them for their parents, carers, educators and teachers. In this descriptive and review article,<br> after a brief introduction, the reasons for the high risk of this disease for people with disabilities, the problems<br> and challenges of people with disabilities during the pandemic of coronavirus and the problems of families<br> of people with disabilities are explained.
