fa برنامه ی درسی مبتنی بر گردش علمی مجازی (‏VFT‏): توسعه ی فرصت های شغلی برای دانش آموزان ‏با ناتوانی عمومي General ترجمه (پایان پذیرفته است) translate <p>  تغییرات زیادی در کشور ما اتفاق افتاده است. فن­آوری بر کارگاه­ها تأثیر دارد و جمعیت چهره­ی کارگاه­ها، جوامع و محیط­های کار را تغییر داده است و جهانی شدن انتظارات بیشتری را از کارگران و بازار کار دارد. معلّمان و کارفرمایان برای اینکه یادگیرندگان را برای ایفای نقش­های جدید در کارگاه­ها آماده کنند، با چالش­های زیادی روبرو بودند. این مقاله، به بررسی نظام آموزش و پرورش آمریکا و این که چگونه این سیستم می­تواند نیازهای کارگاه­های قرن21 را بهتر مهیا سازد می­پردازد. </p><p>  برای بخش خصوصی و دولتی چالش­هایی نظیر اصلاح پیامدهای آموزشی در سطوح اولیه و پیشرفته و توسعه­ی فرصت­های مؤثر و عادی برای توسعه­ی شغلی وجود دارد. زمان برنامه­ریزی، گردش علمی برای نیروی کار، تجارب یادگیری با ارزشی را در زمینه جستجوی شغلی به همراه دارد و می­تواند مزایا و فواید پیش­بینی نشده­ی زیادی به همراه داشته باشد. به عنوان مثال برنامه­ی کلاسی به موقعیت دنیای واقعی ربط داده می­شود. گردش علمی افراد با ناتوانی، برای دانش­آموزان و معلّمان مباحثی به­وجود می­آورد که شامل مباحث مدیریت رفتاری، بحث فرآیندها و موضوع آمادگی می­باشد. گردش علمی مجازی یکی از ابزارهای شناسایی شغلی است که می­تواند بوسیله فن­آوری ارتقا یابد. فن­آوری در 10سال اخیر توان بالقوه­ای را به ما داده و باعث ایجاد تغییراتی عظیم در آموزش و تربیت نیروی کار شده است. برای بهبود و اثربخشی و مؤثر بودن یادگیری معلّم در موقعیت کلاسی می­تواند از توسعه­ی گردش علمی مجازی که مبنی بر معرفی شغلی بر صفحات وب است، استفاده کند. می­تواند جوابگوی نیازهای آموزشی ویژه، برنامه درسی آماده سازی نیروی کار با نیاز های ویژه ی یادگیرندگان خاص باشد و گردش علمی مجازی را به عنوان یک راه مفید به معلّمان و دانش­آموزان پیشنهاد می­کند در این مقاله مراحل کلی و مراحل عمومی یک گردش علمی مجازی مبتنی بر برنامه ی درسی آمده است. </p> <p>  Many changes are taking place in our country. Technology continues to impact on the workplace, demographics are changing the face of our neighborhoods, communities, and work environments. Globalization is placing greater demands on the economy and on workers. Educators and employers must face the challenge of how to prepare learners for new roles that they will play in this ever emerging workplace. In this context, consideration must be given to how the U.S. education and training system can evolve to better meet the needs of the 21st-century workforce. Challenges from the private and public sectors will include improving educational outcomes at the primary and secondary levels and developing current and effective opportunities for career development. When paralleling workforce preparation curricula, field trips are valuable learning experiences in the career exploration process and can provide unexpected benefits where examples talked about in the classroom can be related to real-world situations. For individuals with disabilities, field trips can create challenges for students and educators, including medical issues, accessibility issues, behavior management issues, and processing issues. Virtual field trips (VFTs) are one example of a time-worthy career exploration tool that has been enhanced by technology. New technologies in the next 10 years will offer tremendous potential to revolutionize the way education and training are delivered in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness in learning. The locations that a classroom teacher can use with professionally developed VFTs are limited to those presently posted on the Web, and these may or may not correspond to the specific instructional needs of a workforce preparation curriculum or to the special needs of specific learners. Teacher-created VFTs offer a number of advantages to workforce educators and students.
