fa نقش کاردرمانی در مدارس کاردرمانی Occupational therapy ترجمه (پایان پذیرفته است) translate <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه:</strong> کاردرمانی در مدارس خدماتی را برای دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه ارایه می‌کند. کاردرمانگرها به منظور تسهیل مشارکت موفقیت‌آمیز دانش‌آموزان در محیط آموزشی، به تجزیه‌وتحلیل اجزای فعالیت‌های آموزشی می‌پردازند. آن‌ها با اجرای مداخله‌های مستقیم بر اختلال‌های حسی-حرکتی، درکی-شناختی و روانی-اجتماعی دانش‌آموز و مداخله‌های غیرمستقیم مانند مشاوره به کارکنان آموزشی مدرسه و والدین، زمینه را برای شکل‌گیری راهکا‌رهای آموزشی و پرورشی موثرتر فراهم می‌کنند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مداخله‌های مستقیم و غیرمستقیم کاردرمانگرها منجر به دستاوردهای بالینی قابل توجه‌ای در مدارس شده است اما ضرورت انجام پژوهش‌های گسترده‌تری در مدارس کشور توسط کاردرمانگرها مطرح است. این مقاله به طور مختصر&nbsp; به بحث در مورد چگونگی عملکرد و نقش کاردرمانگرها&nbsp; در مدارس می‌پردازد.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Occupational therapy in the school setting provides services for students with special needs. The occupational therapist uses a task analyze educational activities in order to help the student participate successfully in the educational environment. &nbsp;They implement direct intervention on sensory motor perceptual-cognitive and psychosocial dysfunctions of students and indirect interventions such as counseling to teaching staff and parents in order to provide a context for the development of effective educational strategies.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Direct and indirect interventions resulted in significant clinical outcomes in schools but more research should be done by occupational therapists in Iranian schools.
