fa کاربرد فعالیت‌های موسیقایی در مداخله‌های کاردرمانی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم کاردرمانی Occupational therapy مروری Review Article <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه:</strong> موسیقی امروزه یکی از رایج‌ترین اقدامات درمانی است که در کنار درمان&shy;های اصلی اختلال طیف اتیسم استفاده می&shy;شود. از آن‌جا که این درمان به عنوان یکی از انواع مداخله‌های طب مکمل مطابق با تمایلات و توانایی&shy;های این کودکان است، &nbsp;نتایج مثبتی را درپی داشته است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد با اشاره به برخی از این مقاله‌ها در حوزه&shy; کاربرد موسیقی، اهمیت استفاده از این مداخله&shy; آسان، ارزان و جذاب را برای درمان نقایص مختلف در کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اتیسم بیان کند.</p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> براساس مرور پژوهش‌های موجود در اختلال طیف اتیسم، از موسیقی برای ایجاد بهبودی در مهارت‌های اجتماعی و ارتباطات بین‌فردی،&nbsp; مهارت‌ها&shy;ی کلامی، حرکتی و رفتاری و نیز امور مربوط به خودیاری استفاده شده است. البته پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده اغلب به‌صورت پژوهش موردی و با حجم نمونه&shy; اندک هستند، بنابراین تشویق درمانگران به استفاده از موسیقی و اجرای پژوهش‌های قوی&shy;تر می&shy;تواند به گسترش این روش درمانی موثر کمک شایانی کند</span></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Background:</strong> Music is one of the common therapeutic interventions using along with usual therapy in autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This is one of the complementary and alternative medicine coincides with children and has positive effects on them. Therefore, this article aims to indicate some evidence about music application in autism and points the importance of using music in ASD because of the inexpensive, easiness and attractive features of the music.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Based on ASD studies, we can use music for improving social skills, interpersonal relationships, and verbal skills, motor functions, behavioral problems and self care issues.
