Background: A significant percentage of students have learning disabilities. Students with learning disabilities have exposed to multiple adaptive problems, and this also affected the parents of these students. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of parent cognitive - behavioral training method in the treatment of dictate disorder and delay in doing homework.

 Method: This study implemented with quasi-experimental design in the framework of a single subject A – B –A. This is a report of the treatment of dictate disorder and delay in doing homework in third year primarily student (1393-1394) and was referred to the Student Counseling and Psychological Services Center of Ardebil. Raven's test, Proteus test and Behavior' table view were used for evaluation and data collection.

Results: Programs run by parents and was followed by the consular. Investigate the situation of student through school, family and statistical results showed that this method is effective in treating the problems.

Conclusion: Application of Parents cognitive - behavioral training can be effective for treatment of educational and Adaptive problems of students with dictate disability in counseling centers.
