Background: vitality is a positive variable for improving the quality of life. In this article, vitality is compared among students with and without hearing impairment. Methods: research method in this study is casual-comparative. Population of study includes all female students in guidance grade in Isfahan province. By simple random method, 60 students (30 with hearing impairment and 30 without hearing impairment) selected and Vitality Questionnaire completed by all subjects. Results: Mean differences among groups were 1.5. Results show that there is a significant difference between groups in vitality (P< 0.05). Conclusion: According to the low points of students with hearing impairment in vitality and awareness about the role of vitality in physical and psychological health, it is necessary to recognize the effective factors on vitality and to improve quality of life of students with hearing impairment.
