Background and aim: Mental retarded in children was effect on the quality of life of mothers. Identify of effective factors on controlling this stress were important step in improving the mental health of their families. This study aimed to determine the relationship between coping strategies, cognitive emotion regulation and mindfulness with quality of life in mothers of children with intellectual disabilities.
 Methods: Methods of this study was descriptive and correlational. The sample of these research were 350 mothers who were selected by Multistage cluster sampling method. To collect the data of the Coping Strategies Questionnaire Endler & Parker, Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies Questionnaire Garnfsky and Krayech, five-sided mindfulness Bauer et al and Quality of Life Questionnaire Weir and Sherborne were used. Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation and multivariate regression analysis.
 Result: Regression analyses showed that predictors of QOL of mothers of variables coping strategies (problem – focused coping strategies, circuit avoidance and emotion-focused), cognitive emotion regulation (self-blame, blame others, catastrophic out, acceptance, rumination, refocus positive, positive reappraisal), and mindfulness (observation, description, action, combined with vigilance, non-judgmental and non-reactive to being) is significant and strategic variable coping strategies, emotion-focused coping strategies, positive reappraisal, act with vigilance consciousness and non-reactive, respectively, were best predictors of quality of life.
Conclusion: According to the results of these research, it is suggested for  improve of quality of life in these mothers that presenting  training of application coping strategies, cognitive emotion regulation and mindfulness.
