fa اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی بر بهبود مهارت‌های زندگی کودکان کم‌توان‌ذهنی كم توان ذهني Mental Retarded اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:.2pt;"><strong>زمینه:</strong> هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی بر بهبود مهارت‌های زندگی کودکان کم‌توان&shy;ذهنی بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:.2pt;"><strong>روش:</strong> روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع آزمایشی با گروه گواه بود که روی 30دانش‌آموز کم‌توان‌ذهنی (زیر 14سال) مدرسه توحید2 شهرستان سرپل ذهاب در سال1394 انجام شد. آزمودنی‌ها از طریق نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در 2گروه 15نفری آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش به&shy;مدت 16جلسه 90دقیقه‌ای، تحت بازی‌درمانی قرار گرفتند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس رفتار سازشی واینلند به‌عنوان پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون در 2گروه و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:.2pt;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتیجه نشان داد که آموزش مبتنی&shy;بر بازی‌درمانی موجب بهبود مهارت‌های زندگی روزمره در کودکان کم‌توان&shy;ذهنی می‌شود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:.2pt;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود از آموزش مبتنی&shy;بر بازی‌درمانی برای بهبود مهارت‌های زندگی روزمره کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی استفاده ‌شود.</p> <p style="margin-left:.2pt;"><strong>Background: </strong>The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of play therapy on life skills of children with intellectual disability.</p> <p style="margin-left:.2pt;"><strong>Method:</strong> The design of the study was semi- experimental with pretest-posttest and control group. The study was carried out on 30 children with intellectual disability (under 14 years) in Sarpolzahab educational center, in 1394. Subjects were randomly selected through available sampling and were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group which consisted of 15 participants received play therapy for 16 sessions of 90-minutes, while 15 participants in the control group did not receive any special treatment. Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale was used to gather data in pre and post-test stages.
