fa رابطه بین تنیدگی و سبک‌های مقابله‌ای مادران با رفتارهای سازشی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم اتيسم Autism اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه:</strong> کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اتیسم با مشکلات سازشی بسیاری و در پی آن والدین با مشکلات بهداشت روانی بیشتری مواجه‌اند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه تنیدگی و سبک‌های مقابله‌ای مادران با رفتار سازشی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش:</strong> روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل همه مادران و معلمان کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم مشغول به تحصیل در آموزش‌وپرورش استثنایی و مراکز تحت پوشش بهزیستی در استان گلستان بود. با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 50 مادر و معلم کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، مقیاس رفتار انطباق واینلند(1965)، پرسش‌نامه سبک‌های مقابله‌ای لازاروس (1988) و مقیاس تنیدگی والدینی بری و جونز(1995) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره تحلیل شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج نشان داد بین متغیر تنیدگی مادران و رفتار سازشی در کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم ارتباط منفی و معنادار وجود دارد، همچنین استفاده از راهبرد مقابله‌ای مسئله‌مدار با رفتار سازشی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم رابطه‌ای مثبت و معنادار دارد، اما بین استفاده از راهبرد مقابله‌ای مسئله‌‌مدار با تنیدگی مادران رابطه معناداری مشاهده نمی‌شود، ولی راهبرد مقابله‌ای هیجان‌مدار با تنیدگی مادران رابطه‌ای مثبت و معنادار دارد (05/0><span dir="LTR">P</span>)<strong>.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> رفتارهای سازشی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم ارتباط تنگاتنگی با سلامت روانی والدین دارد، بنابراین نوع برخورد و تنیدگی‌های والدین ناشی از مشکلات این کودکان می‌تواند پیش‌بینی‌کننده رفتارهای سازشی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم باشد. در نتیجه توجه به حوزه سلامت روان‌شناختی والدین این کودکان بسیار مهم است.</p> Background: Children with autism spectrum face many problems with adaptive behavior and consequently parents are faced with more mental health problems. The goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between stress and coping styles of mothers and autism spectrum disorder with adaptive behavior in children. Method: The research design is the correlation-descriptive. The study population consists of all mothers and teachers of autism spectrum children enrolled in exceptional education and welfare centers in Golestan province. By in access sampling, 50 mothers and teachers of children with autism spectrum disorder are selected as samples. The research instruments include Wineland Adaptive Behavior Scale (1965), Lazarus and Folk man&#39;s coping strategies scale (1988) and Barry and Jones parental stress scale (1995) was. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multivariate regression. Results: The results show that there is a significant negative relationship between maternal stress and adaptive behavior in children with autism spectrum disorder. Using problem-focused coping strategies has a positive and significant relationship with adaptive behavior of autistic children, but there is no significant correlation between using problem-focused coping strategies and maternal stress. However, emotion-focused coping strategies shows positive and significant correlation with maternal stress (p<0/05). Conclusion: The adaptive behavior in children with autism spectrum is closely related to their parent&#39;s mental health. Therefore, the treatment and the stress which are caused by the children&#39;s problems can predict the adaptive behavior of the children with autism spectrum.
