fa بررسی چالش های فراروی الگوی فرزندپروری والدین دارای فرزندان کم شنوا و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب عمومي General مروری Review Article کم شنوایی یکی از ناتوانی های رایج در میان کودکان به شمار می رود که علاوه بر ایجاد مشکلاتی برای کودک در زمینه شخصی و اجتماعی و یادگیری، مسائلی را نیز برای والدین در زمینه چگونگی پرورش آنها به وجود می آورد که برای برون رفت از این مسائل، بایستی برنامه ها و مداخلات پیشگیرانه انجام گیرد. هدف از این نوشتار این بود که با استفاده از روش تحلیلی- استنباطی، ضمن تشریح کم شنوایی و علل مرتبط با آن، مسائل مربوط به الگوی فرزند پروری والدین در پرورش کودکان کم شنوا بررسی شده و راهکارهایی برای مواجهه با این مسائل توصیه شد. طبق نتایج، معمولا والدین در مواجهه با کودکان کم شنوا از دو الگوی فرزندپروری مسئولانه و کناره گیرانه تبعیت می کنند. الگوی اول با پذیرش و تلاش در جهت کاهش مشکل همراه می باشد اما الگوی دوم، عدم پذیرش و عدم تلاش در جهت حل مشکل را به همراه دارد. راهکاهای ارائه شده در این نوشتار شامل دو دسته بود. اولی، شامل توجه جدی به اجرای برنامه غربالگری شنوایی و انجام مشاوره های قبل از ازدواج به عنوان پیشگیری اولیه و دومی، مشاوره با والدین کودکان کم شنوا در خصوص نحوه پرورش آنان، به عنوان پیشگیری ثانویه می باشد Hearing disability is common among children as well as create problems for the child's personal and social development issues for parents on how they would.
