fa تأثیر روش مداخله ای تحریک حسی و حرکتی بر میزان هماهنگی حرکتی در دانش‌آموزان کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی عمومي General اصیل پژوهشی Original Article هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر روش مداخله‌ای تحریک حسی وحرکتی بر بهبود هماهنگی حرکتی (جهت‌یابی و تشخیص جوانب حرکتی)، در کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی بود. روش پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی و طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشآموزان کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر شهر اصفهان در مقطع ابتدایی بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای تعداد 30 دانشآموز با اختلال هماهنگی حرکتی با استفاده از نسخه فارسی سیاهه اختلال هماهنگی رشد حرکتی غربال شدند و سپس به روش تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش جاگماری شدند. ابزار این پژوهش مقیاس رشد حرکتی لینکنن- اوزرتسکی‏ و سیاهه اختلال هماهنگی رشد حرکتی بود. . داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. روش مداخلهای تحریک حسی و حرکتی بر بهبود هماهنگی حرکتی این کودکان مؤثر بود (0001/0p<). نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که روش مداخلهای تحریک حسی و حرکتی در بهبود هماهنگی حرکتی دانشآموزان کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی مؤثر بوده، بنابراین استفاده از این روش به عنوان روشی در بهبود و توان‌بخشی این اختلال در این افراد پیشنهاد میشود. Background: The aim of present study is to evaluate the Effectiveness of Sensory-motor stimulation on improving direction and movement localization in mental retarded children with developmental coordination disorder (DCD). Methods: The study design was tentative. Statistical population of this study included all educable mental retarded children in elementary school in Isfahan province. The sample included 30 children who randomly selected from one dual-shift school. Then, they were randomly assigned into 2 equal groups: the experimental and control groups. Materials that used in this study are: Lincolen– Osertsky Motor test and Developmental Coordination Disorder List. Data analyzed by ANCOVA statistical method. Results: Statistically, significant differences observed in improvement of direction and movement localization in educable mental retarded children that using Sensory-motor stimulation (P<0.001). Conclusion: Sensory-motor stimulation therapy has important positive effects on child’s ability to improve motor coordination in subjects with mental retardation with DCD.
