fa فن آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و نقش آن در آموزش و یادگیری عمومي General مروری Review Article <p style="DIRECTION: rtl">  بخش بزرگی از دانش­آموزان دارای نیازهای آموزشی ویژه، دانش­آموزان مبتلا به فلج مغزی هستند. فلج مغزی (CP) اختلالی است که بر حرکت و وضع اندامی بدن تاثیر می­گذارد. این اصطلاح در خصوص دانش آموزانی به کار می رود که دارای اختلال های ارتباطی، حسی، هوشی و حمله صرع هستند. بیشتر این دانش آموزان، هماهنگی حرکتی ضعیفی دارند که باعث می شود به خوبی نتوانند حرکات ظریف خود را کنترل کنند. از آنجا که این دانش آموزان دارای معلولیت های متعدد هستند، همان روش ها و تجهیزاتی که برای دانش آموزان آسیب دیده بینایی یا شنوایی، دارای مشکلات­گفتاری، ناتوانی یادگیری، اختلال رفتاری یا کم توان ذهنی به کار می رود، در اینجا نیز لازم می­آید. دانش­آموزان مبتلا به فلج مغزی، تنها در صورتی یاد می­گیرند و به موفقیت نائل می­شوند که برای آموزش آنها از روش­ها، تجهیزات و فن آوری­های مناسبی استفاده شده باشد. آنچه در این مقاله مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد امکان استفاده از فن آوری­های آموزشی مناسب برای دانش آموزان مبتلا به فلج مغزی است. </p> The huge number of the students having special academic needs is suffering from cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy is a disorder that affects the body’s shape and movement. This terminology is used for those students that have communication, sensory, intelligence and epilepsy problems. Most of these students have poor moving co-ordination which means they cannot have any control over delicate movements of their bodies. Since the students with cerebral palsy have multiple disabilities, not only they need special equipment and facilities, they also need the same methods and equipment that are needed for students suffering from blindness, deafness, speech impediment, learning disability, behavioral disorder or mental retardation. Students suffering from cerebral palsy can learn and achieve success only if proper methods, equipment and information technology are used.
