fa مقایسۀ طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و ضربۀ دوران کودکی در نوجوانان دارای خواهر/برادر با و بدون اختلال طیف اوتیسم، کم‌توانی هوشی و فلج مغزی Comparison of Early Maladaptive Schemas and Childhood Trauma in Adolescents with and without Siblings with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, or Cerebral Palsy عمومي General اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">پیش‌زمینه و اهداف اختلالات عصبی-رشدی در اعضای خانواده با ایجاد فشار روانی و بار عاطفی منفی تأثیرات چشمگیری بر خواهر/برادر افراد دارای اختلال‌های رشدی دارد. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسۀ طرحواره‌های ناسازگار ‌اولیه و ضربۀ دوران کودکی در نوجوانان دارای خواهر/برادر با و بدون اختلال طیف اوتیسم، کم‌توانی هوشی و فلج مغزی انجام شد. ابزار و روش پژوهش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع علّی-مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش نوجوانان 12 تا 18 ساله دارای خواهر/برادر با و بدون اختلال طیف اوتیسم، کم‌توان هوشی و فلج مغزی در شهر رشت و لاهیجان در سال 1402 بودند که از راه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. حجم نمونه برابر بود با 128 نفر شامل 32‌ نوجوان در هر یک از گروه‌های دارای خواهر/برادر دارای اوتیسم، با کم‌توانی هوشی یا فلج مغزی و گواه. داده‌های حاصل از نسخۀ کوتاه پرسش‌نامۀ طرحواره‌های ناسازگار ‌اولیۀ یانگ (YSQ-SF)، و ضربۀ دوران کودکی (CTQ) توسط آزمون‌های تحلیل واریانس تک و چندمتغیره و تعقیبی بونفرونی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نتایج نشان داد گروه‌های دارای خواهر/برادر با اختلال طیف اوتیسم، کم‌توانی هوشی و فلج مغزی طرحواره‌های ناسازگار ‌اولیۀ فعال‌تر (p≤0/05) و ضربۀ دوران کودکی (p≤0/05) بیشتری را نسبت به گروه‌گواه تجربه می‌کنند. نتیجه‌گیری زندگی با خواهر/برادر دارای اختلال‌های رشدی بر سلامت روان افراد تأثیرات مخربی می‌گذارد. پیشنهاد می‌شود به منظور افزایش آگاهی، کیفیت زندگی و توانایی مراقبت از کودکان با اختلالات عصبی-رشدی گروه‌های حمایتی و تخصصی تشکیل و برنامه‌هایی در راستای بهبود سلامت روان آن‌ها تدوین شود.</div> <gdiv></gdiv><gdiv></gdiv><gdiv></gdiv><gdiv></gdiv><gdiv></gdiv> Background and Objectives: Having a sibling with a developmental disability may place considerable psychological and emotional demands on other siblings. This study aimed to compare early maladaptive schemas and childhood trauma in adolescents with and without siblings with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disability (ID), or cerebral palsy (CP). Materials and Methods: This descriptive causal-comparative study was conducted among adolescents aged 12–18 years with and without siblings with ASD, ID, or CP in Rasht and Lahijan, Iran, in 2023. A total of 128 adolescents were selected using purposive sampling, comprising 32 participants in each of four groups: adolescents with a sibling with ASD, ID, or CP, and a control group of adolescents without a sibling with any of these conditions. Data were collected using the Young Schema Questionnaire–Short Form (YSQ-SF) and the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ). The data were analyzed using one-way and multivariate analysis of variance (ANOVA and MANOVA), followed by Bonferroni post hoc tests. Results: The results showed that adolescents with a sibling with ASD, ID, or CP had significantly higher levels of early maladaptive schemas and childhood trauma than those in the control group (p ≤ 0.05). Conclusion: Adolescents who have a sibling with a developmental disability may experience greater psychological vulnerability, as reflected in higher levels of early maladaptive schemas and childhood trauma. These findings highlight the importance of providing supportive and specialized interventions for siblings of children with developmental disabilities.
