fa تدوین بسته را ه حل‌های خودمراقبتی دانش‌آموزان کم‌توان ذهنی براساس آموزه‌های دینی در دوران بلوغ (مطالعه داده‌بنیاد) كم توان ذهني Mental Retarded اصیل پژوهشی Original Article چکیده<br> پیشینه و اهداف: هدف این پژوهش، تهیه بسته خودمراقبتی جنسی دانش آموزان کم توان ذهنی براساس آموزه های<br> دینی بود.<br> روش : روش پژوهش، داده بنیاد و به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از رویکرد تحلیلی - کتابخانه ای با کاربست کتب و<br> مقالات روان شناسی در حیطه خودمراقبتی، بهداشت جنسی و همچنین کتب روایی، احکام و منابع دینی و نیز مصاحبه<br> با صاحب نظران علوم دینی و روان شناسان در زمینه خودمراقبتی جنسی انجام شد. استخراج مقالات مرتبط از پایگاه های<br> استنادی معتبر داخلی و خارجی با کلید واژه های &quot;بلوغ، خودمراقبتی، آموزه های دینی&quot; و نیز روایات مرتبط از طریق نرم افزار<br> جامع الاحادیث انجام شد.<br> یافته ها: با بررسی مقالات، کتب و روایات، تعداد 47 کد محوری حاصل شد که در قالب 18 کد انتخابی جای گرفته و<br> براساس آن بسته آموزشی با لحاظ نظرات 15 نفر از صاحب نظران علوم رفتاری و دینی و متون دینی تدوین شد و اعتبار و<br> روایی آن مورد بررسی و تأیید واقع شد.<br> نتیجه گیری: نظر به اینکه بسته تدوین شده در پژوهش حاضر از نظر روایی و اعتبار مورد تأیید واقع شد، از این رو می توان<br> گفت؛ یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار در خودمراقبتی جنسی آ گاهی بخشی به خانواده و دانش آموز است؛ ایجاد مهارت خودمراقبتی<br> وتقویت رفتارهایی که بازدارنده انحرافات جنسی است، منجر به سلامت جنسی نوجوان کم توان ذهنی می شود، بنابراین<br> گنجاندن برنامه آموزش تربیت جنسی در برنامه های&quot; آموزش خانواده&quot; مدارس؛ افزایش اطلاعات و آ گاهی و سواد تربیت<br> جنسی معلمان به عنوان کسانی که بعد از والدین تأثیر فراوانی در تربیت و سرنوشت دانش آموزان دارند و نیز ارائه راهکارهای<br> مناسب و یا مداخلات لازم در زمینه خودمراقبتی جنسی حائز اهمیت است.<br> &nbsp; Abstract<br> Background and Objectives: The purpose of this research was to prepare a sexual self-care package<br> for mentally retarded students based on religious teachings.<br> Methods: Research method, foundation data, and in order to gather information from an analyticallibrary<br> approach using psychological books and articles in the field of self-care, sexual health, as well<br> as narrative books, rulings and religious sources, as well as interviews with experts in religious sciences<br> and psychologists in the field of sexual self-care. became.
