fa زیر ساخت های عصبی کارکردهای اجرایی و اهمیت آن در آموزش و توان بخشی عمومي General مروری Review Article کارکردهای اجرایی به عنوان مجموعه مهارت های عالی و سطح بالای مغز با اعمال نقش نظارتی و کنترلی بر روی فرآیندهای شناختی سطوح پایین تر، باعث رفتار تطابقی انسان در موقعیت های خاص می شوند. این موقعیت ها در شرایطی اتفاق می افتند که رفتار اتوماتیک فرد ناکارآمد است. نقایص کارکردهای اجرایی در کودکان ممکن است به صورت ضعف در حیطه هایی نظیر حل مسأله، یادگیری، حافظه، پردازش اطلاعات و استدلال، ارتباط برقرار کردن با دیگران و تعاملات اجتماعی، درک خواندن، نوشتن، انجام تکالیف در مدرسه انجام بازی های گروهی، انجام یک پروژه یا کاردستی و ... خود را نشان دهد. در حقیقت می تواند پیامدهای قابل ملاحظه ای در عملکرد اجتماعی، تحصیلی و هیجانی کودک داشته باشد. این پیچیده ترین رفتار بشر به پیچیده ترین بخش قشر مغز او یعنی لوب های فرونتال مربوط بوده و برون داد آن رفتارهایی است که متمایز کننده ی انسان و حیوان می باشد. براین اساس ، شناخت زیر ساخت های عصبی کارکردهای اجرایی در انسان از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. داشتن اطلاعات در این زمینه برای متخصصان آموزش و توان بخشی کودکان استثنایی امری ضروری است تا با دانشی کامل به آموزش و توان بخشی کودکان با اختلال کارکردهای اجرایی بپردازند . <p class="a" style="line-height: 200%"><b><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200%">Background:</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200%"> The "executive functions" as higher-level cortical functions with the supervisory and controlling role on the lower-level cognitive functions lead to human adaptive behaviors in the specific situations. These situations occur in the conditions in which automatic behavior may be insufficient. Executive function deficits in children may be presented with poor memory, problem-solving, learning, reasoning, information processing, communication, social interaction, reading comprehension, writing, doing homework, group play with peers, doing a project and etc. These have significant outcomes in children in terms of social, emotional and academic performance. This most complex behavior of the human is related to the most complex area of the brain i.e. the frontal lobes. The output of frontal lobes is behaviors that distinguish human and animal. <o:p /></span></p> <p class="a" style="line-height: 200%"><b><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200%">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200%"> Then, recognizing neural substrates of executive functions have special significance.
