fa مقایسه ی نیمرخ روان شناختی کودکان دارای همشیر با و بدون اختلال طیف اُتیسم و نشانگݡان دان عمومي General اصیل پژوهشی Original Article زمینه و هدف: زندگی در کنار کودک با نیازهای ویژه، چالش های منحصربه فردی دارد و ممکن است بر سلامت روان<br> همشیر کودک تأثیر بگذارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه ی نیمرخ روان شناختی کودکان دارای همشیر با و بدون اختلال<br> طیف اُتیسم و نشانگان دان بود.<br> روش: طرح پژوهش از نوع علی-مقایسه ای بود. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش تمامی کودکان 6 تا 12 ساله دارای همشیر<br> با و بدون اختلال طیف اُتیسم و یا نشانگان دان در شهر رشت در سال 1399 بود. حجم نمونه در کل معادل 55 نفر<br> به دست آمد ) 15 نفر در هر یک از گروه های دارای همشیر با اختلال طیف اُتیسم و یا نشانگان دان و 25 نفر در گروه غیر<br> دارای همشیر با اختلال طیف اُتیسم و یا نشانگان دان(. گروه های اول و دوم به روش هدفمند و گروه سوم به روش در<br> دسترس انتخاب شدند. فهرست وارسی اختلالات رفتاری کودکان )آخنبا خ و ایلدبروک، 1983 ( توسط مادران تکمیل شد.<br> داده ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس تحلیل شدند.<br> یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت بین 3 گروه از نظر متغیرهای گوشه گیری / افسردگی، اضطراب / افسردگی و رفتار<br> پرخاشگرانه معنادار است ) 05 / p>0 (. یافته ها در رابطه با هر 3 زیرمقیاس چنین بود که کودکان دارای همشیر با نشانگان<br> دان نمرات بالاتری نسبت به کودکان دارای همشیر بهنجار به دست آوردند ) 05 / p>0 (. همچنین کودکان دارای همشیر<br> با اختلال طیف اُتیسم در زیرمقیاس اضطراب / افسردگی نمرات بالاتری نسبت به کودکان دارای همشیر بهنجار به دست<br> آوردند ) 05 / .)p>0<br> نتیجه گیری: همشیرهای افراد با اختلالات عصبی-تحولی در معرض آسیب های روانی قرار دارند.<br> &nbsp; Background and Purpose: Living with a child with special needs has unique challenges and may affect<br> the mental health of the siblings. The aim of this study was to compare the psychological profile of children<br> with siblings with and without autism spectrum disorder and Down syndrome.<br> Method: The design of the present study was casual-comparative. The population of this study consisted<br> of all the children aged six to twelve with siblings with and without autism spectrum disorder or Down<br> syndrome in Rasht in 2020. The sample size was 55 people (15 in each of the groups with siblings with<br> neurodevelopmental disorder and 25 in the control group). The first and second group by purposive<br> sampling method and the third group was selected by convenience sampling. The Checklist for Behavioral<br> Disorders in Children (Achenbach and Ildbrook, 1983) was completed by the child&rsquo;s mother. Data were<br> analyzed using analysis of variance.<br> Results: The results showed that the difference between the three groups was significant in terms of<br> withdraw / depression, anxiety / depression and aggressive behavior. The findings in relation to all three<br> subscales were such that children with siblings with Down syndrome scored higher than children with<br> normal siblings (p<0.05).
