fa اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش نشانه های اضطراب و افسردگی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم اتيسم Autism مطالعۀ تک‌آزمودنی Single-subject Study چکیده<br> زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش نشانه های اضطراب و افسردگی<br> مادران کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم انجام شد.<br> روش: این پژوهش، در چهارچوب طرح تجربی مورد منفرد چند خط پایه اجرا شد. بر اساس تمایل به شرکت در مطالعه و<br> ملاک های ورود، 3 نفر از مادران به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و بر اساس ملاک های ورود انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده<br> پرسشنامه های اضطراب بِک ) BAI ( و افسردگی بِک ) BDI-II ( بود که در مراحل خط پایه، طول درمان )جلسات چهارم،<br> ششم و هشتم درمان( و پیگیری یک ماهه، توسط مادران کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم تکمیل شد. سپس مادران طی 8<br> جلسه 60 دقیقه ای تحت درمان پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفتند. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از درصد بهبودی و اندازه<br> اثر و همچنین نمودار و ارزیابی دیداری تحلیل شدند.<br> یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که درمان پذیرش و تعهد موجب کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی مادران کودکان با اختلال طیف<br> اُتیسم می شود. به طوری که نمرات آزمودنی ها طی جلسات مداخله و مرحله پیگیری یک ماهه، نسبت به نمرات خط پایه<br> در میزان اضطراب و افسردگی آنها کاهش معناداری داشت.<br> نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد را در کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی مادران کودکان با اختلال<br> طیف اُتیسم تأیید می کند.<br> &nbsp; Abstract<br> Background and Purpose: This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of<br> acceptance and commitment therapy on decreasing anxiety and depression symptoms in autistic children&rsquo;s<br> mothers.<br> Method: This study was a single case design with multiple baselines. According to willingness to participate<br> in the study and having the inclusion criteria, three individual among the autistic children&rsquo;s mothers were<br> selected through purposeful sampling method. Mothers of autistic children completed Beck Depression<br> Inventory (BDI-II) and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) in the pre-treatment (baseline) stage, during the<br> treatment (fourth, sixth and eighth sessions) and one month follow-up, and received acceptance and<br> commitment therapy for 8 sessions, 60 minutes for each session. Data were analyzed using the improvement<br> percentage and effect size as well as charting and visual evaluation.<br> Results: The results of the analysis showed that acceptance and commitment therapy could reduce<br> depression and anxiety of autistic children&rsquo;s mothers.
