fa مروری نظامدار بر مشکلات رفتاری و هیجانی در کودکان با آسیب شنوایی اختلالات رفتاري Behavior Disorder مروری Review Article <strong>زمینه:</strong> محرومیت از حس شنوایی در سال‌های اول زندگی می‌تواند منجر به تأخیر در رشد مهارت‌های زبانی، ارتباطی، اجتماعی-هیجانی و شناختی شود. در مقاله حاضر با مرور پژوهش‌های منتشرشده در زمینه مشکلات رفتاری و هیجانی کودکان با آسیب شنوایی در پی پاسخ به سه سؤال خواهیم بود. آیا شیوع مشکلات رفتاری و هیجانی در جمعیت کودکان با آسیب شنوایی از شنوا بیشتر است؟ در صورت پاسخ مثبت، چه متغیرهایی با مشکلات رفتاری و هیجانی در کودکان با آسیب شنوایی همبسته است؟ چالش‌های ارزیابی و تشخیص مشکلات رفتاری و هیجانی در این کودکان کدامند؟ چه راهکارها و برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای مؤثر را می‌توان در جهت کاهش مشکلات رفتاری و هیجانی کودکان با آسیب شنوایی پیشنهاد داد؟ در پژوهش حاضر چهارده مقاله منتشرشده در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی <span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span>، <span dir="LTR">PubMed</span> و <span dir="LTR">Science Direct</span> دربازه زمانی 2007 تا 2017 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: نتایج نشان داد میزان شیوع مشکلات رفتاری و هیجانی در جمعیت کودکان با آسیب شنوایی از شنوا بیشتر است و این کودکان به لحاظ میزان شیوع گروه همگنی نیستند. همچنین الگوی پاسخ‌دهی کودکان با آسیب شنوایی به ارزیابی‌ها ممکن است نه حاکی از مشکلات آن‌ها در درک حالت ذهنی بلکه ناشی از ناتوانی آن‌ها در بیان دلایلشان برای مشخص کردن رفتار و هیجانات در موقعیت‌های تشریح شده باشد. راهکارها و برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای در اصلاح رفتار و بهبود مهارت‌های ارتباطی و هیجانی کودکان با آسیب شنوایی مؤثر است.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Background:</strong> Auditory deprivation during the early years of life can hinder the development of language, communication, social-emotional, and cognitive skills. Reviewing studies on behavioral and emotional problems in children with hearing impairment, the present article attempted to answer three questions: Are behavioral and emotional problems more prevalent in children with hearing impairment than those without? If yes, what variables are correlated with behavioral and emotional problems in children with hearing impairment? What challenges need to be addressed to assess and identify behavioral and emotional problems in these children? And, what effective interventional solutions and strategies can be proposed to diminish behavioral and emotional problems in children with hearing impairment? Fourteen articles published in Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct databases during 2007-2017 were reviewed.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Results pointed to more prevalent behavioral and emotional problems in children with hearing impairment than those without, as well as to a lack of homogeneity in terms of incidence in the former group. In addition, the pattern of children with hearing impairment responses to assessments might be attributable to their inability to express reason to characterize behaviors and emotions in the described situations as opposed to their difficulty in understanding mental states.
