fa لگو درمانی برای کودکان با اخلال‌های طیف اوتیسم: مبانی نظری، کاربرد، سطوح اجرا و اثربخشی اتيسم Autism مروری Review Article &nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> اختلال‌های طیف اوتیسم مجموعه‌ای گسترده‌ای از رفتارهای نابهنجار ادراکی، شناختی، زبانی و اجتماعی را دربرمی‌گیرد. لگو درمانی یکی از برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای است که مهارت‌های اجتماعی کودکان با اختلال طیف اوتیسم را به نحو قابل توجهی بهبود می‌بخشد و رفتارهای غیراجتماعی درخودماندگی را کاهش می‌دهد. کلمه دانمارکی لگو به معنی یک بازی خوب است. لگو درمانی یک برنامه رشد اجتماعی برای کودکان با اختلال طیف اوتیسم می‌باشد که مبتنی بر همکاری در بازی با لگو است.<br> &nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بسیاری از کودکان با اختلال طیف اوتیسم فاقد قصد ارتباطی هستند و تمایل به ارتباطی که هدف اجتماعی داشته باشد نشان نمی‌دهند. لگو درمانی از طریق بازی و ایجاد موقعیت‌ها و فرصت‌های خلاق برای برقراری تعامل موجب رشد و تحول کفایت اجتماعی می‌شود. کودکان الگوهای مختلف لگو را با کار کردن در گروه‌های دو یا سه نفری می‌سازند. بحث بر سر این است که کودکان مشارکت کننده در بازی با لگو انگیزه بیشتری را برای آغازگری ارتباط اجتماعی تجربه می‌کنند و به برقراری تعامل پایدار با دیگران ترغیب می‌شوند. در این مقاله مبانی نظری، کاربرد، گام‌های اجرای و اثربخشی لگو درمانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. <strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; Background and Aim: </strong>Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) involve myriad aberrant perceptual, cognitive, linguistic and social behaviors. Lego therapy is one intervention that has been shown to encourage significant improvement in the social skills of children with autism spectrum disorder and reducing their autistic-type social behaviors. The definition of the Danish word Lego is to play well. Lego therapy is a social development program for children of autism spectrum, which is based on collaborative Lego play.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; Conclusion:</strong> Many children with ASD lack communicative intent and desire to communicate for social purposes. Lego therapy uses play to develop social competency by creating opportunities to interact. Children work together to build Lego models in pairs or teams of three. It is argued that as a result, participants experience a greater motivation to initiate social contact and engage in sustained interactions with others.
