fa افق زمان: بررسی مبانی نظری تا تدوین برنامه برای آموزش والدین کودکان کم‌توان هوشی كم توان ذهني Mental Retarded مروری Review Article <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> افق زمانی یک سازه روان‌شناختی است که بیانگر ارتباط فرد با زمان است. کم‌توانی ذهنی نیز با محدودیت‌های اساسی در کارکرد هوشی و رفتار سازشی در دوره رشد مشخص می‌شود. تولد و حضور کودک کم‌توان ذهنی، خانواده را با مشکلات زیادی مواجه می‌سازد و در افق زمان بر کمیت و کیفیت روابط والدین و اعضای خانواده تاثیر می‌گذارد. افق زمانی نیز برخاسته از فرایندی شناختی است که تجربه انسان را به ساختارهای زمانی گذشته، حال و آینده نسبت می‌دهد. نظریه افق زمانی دارای پنج عامل به نام‌های گذشته مثبت، گذشته منفی، حال لذت‌گرایانه، حال قضا و قدری و آینده است.<br> <strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> در نظریه افق زمانی، فرض بر این است که ادراک شخص از زمان بر تصمیم‌گیری وی موثر است و اثرات روان‌شناختی تحت تاثیر ساختارهای زمانی گذشته، حال یا آینده قرار می‌گیرد. اگرچه صفات مختلف افراد نسبتاً ثابت هستند ولی پژوهش‌های مقدماتی نشان داده‌اند که می‌توان آنها را از طریق فرایند درمان تغییر داد. تفاوت‌های فردی در نظریه افق زمانی با پیامدهای عاطفی، شناختی و رفتاری همخوانی دارد. پژوهش‌ها نشان داده‌اند که افق زمانی به بهزیستی فردی و تجربه‌های عاطفی شخصی وابسته است و بر فرایندهای شناختی و همچنین روابط اجتماعی تاثیر می‌گذارد. در این مقاله، مبانی نظری رویکرد افق زمانی بررسی و برنامه‌ای برای والدین کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی تدوین شد.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Time perspective is a psychological construct that represents an individual&rsquo;s relation with time. Also, intellectual disability characterized by significant limitations both in intellectual functioning and adaptive behavior, that originates at developmental period. The birth and presence of a child with intellectual disability led to the family have many problems, and it influences the quantity and quality of parent relationships and family members in the time perspective.&nbsp;Also, time perspective emerges from the cognitive process for portioning human experience into the past, present, and future temporal frames. Time <span dir="RTL">‌</span>perspective theory has five factors, namely <span dir="RTL">‌</span>past positive, past negative, present hedonistic, present fatalistic, and future.<br> <strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; Conclusion: </strong>Time <span dir="RTL">‌</span>perspective theory posits that one&rsquo;s perception of time influences decision making by locating the primary set of psychological influences within the temporal frames of the present, the past, or the future. Although individual difference trait<span dir="RTL">‌</span> are relatively stable, there are initial studies showing that it can be modified by the therapeutic process. Individual&rsquo;s differences in time <span dir="RTL">‌</span>perspective theory have been associated with affective, cognitive, and behavioral outcomes. Research has shown that time <span dir="RTL">‌</span>perspective is related to subjective well-being and individual&rsquo;s affective experiences, and that it influences cognitive processes as well as social relationships.
