fa نقش حمایت همسالان از دانش‌آموزان با ناتوانی در آموزش فراگیر عمومي General مروری Review Article <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">تعامل با هم‌سالان و حمایت آنان باعث رشد اجتماعی افراد با ناتوانی می‌شود و بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی آن‌ها در بلند مدت تأثیر مثبت دارد. حمایت هم‌سالان در افزایش سازگاری و افزایش کیفیت و کمیت فرصت مشارکت در کلاس مؤثر است. با این وجود، دانش‌آموزان دارای ناتوانی برای جلب حمایت هم‌سالان و پذیرش توسط آنان، چالش‌های بسیاری را&nbsp; در نطام آموزش‌ فراگیر تجربه می‌کنند. بنابراین استفاده از رویکرد حمایت هم‌سالان در نطام آموزش‌ فراگیر بسیار مهم و ضروری است. یافته‌های پژوهشی حاکی از آن است که حمایت هم‌سالان باعث رشد مهارت‌های اجتماعی، افزایش تعاملات و شایستگی‌های اجتماعی می‌شود و دارای پیامدهای مثبتی از قبیل کاهش تعصبات، درک واقعیات، پذیرش تفاوت‌ها، افزایش جامعه‌پذیری و افزایش تعاملات مثبت با یک</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">دیگر&nbsp; برای دانش‌آموزان با و بدون ناتوانی است. در این مقاله پس از مقدمه‌، تعریف و اهمیت حمایت هم‌سالان آمده و در ادامه عوامل تأثیرگذار، روش‌ها و فنون مؤثر بودن حمایت هم‌سالان، اصول و مبانی حمایت هم‌سالان، مزایای حمایت هم‌سالان و موانع و چالش‌های حمایت هم‌سالان ارائه ‌شده است.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span> Peer interaction and peer support contribute to the social development of people with disabilities and have a positive impact on improving their quality of life in the long term. Peer support is effective in increasing adjustment and increasing the quality and quantity of opportunities for participation in the classroom. However, students with disabilities in gaining peer support and acceptations by them experience many challenges in inclusive education system. Therefore, the use of peer support approach in the inclusive education system is essential.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> Research findings indicate that peer support contributes to the development of social skills, increased social interactions and social competencies, and have positive outcomes such as reducing prejudices, understanding realities, accepting differences, increasing socialization, and enhancing positive engagement with each other for students with and without disabilities. In this article, after describing the brief introduction, the definition and importance of peer support are discussed.
