fa تاثیر آموزش شناختی- رفتاری مدیریت خشم بر بازداری پاسخ دانش‌آموزان با اختلال سلوک اختلالات رفتاري Behavior Disorder اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه:</strong> اختلال سلوک یکی از رایج‌ترین اختلال‌های روان‌پزشکی بین دانش‌آموزان است، بنابراین هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تاثیر آموزش شناختی- رفتاری مدیریت خشم بر بازداری پاسخ دانش‌آموزان با اختلال سلوک بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش:</strong> روش پژوهش آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. نمونه پژوهش 24دانش‌آموز مقطع متوسطه با اختلال سلوک شهرستان رشت در سال تحصیلی 1396-1395 بود که به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در 2گروه آزمایش و گواه (هرگروه 12نفر) گمارده شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از آزمون استروپ (1935) در مراحل پیش و پس از آموزش استفاده شد. آموزش شناختی- رفتاری مدیریت خشم به‌صورت گروهی در 8جلسه برای گروه آزمایش ارایه شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که آموزش شناختی- رفتاری مدیریت خشم بر بهبود بازداری پاسخ دانش‌آموزان با اختلال سلوک به‌طور معنی‌داری تاثیر دارد (0/001><span dir="LTR">P</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، روش آموزش شناختی-رفتاری مدیریت خشم یکی از کارآمدترین روش‌های درمانی بوده و در کاهش تکانش‌گری، اضطراب و پرخاشگری بدنی در دانش‌آموزان با اختلال سلوک موثر است<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <div dir="ltr"><strong>Background: </strong>Conduct disorder is one of the most common psychiatric disorders among students so the purpose of the present research was to determine the effect of cognitive-behavior anger management training on response inhibition in students with conduct disorder.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This study is a quasi-experimental with pre-test/post-test and a control group. The sample of study consists of 24 high school students with conduct disorder in Rasht city in the school year 2016-2017 that were selected by in access sampling method and assigned to two experimental and control groups. To collect the data, Stroop test (1935) were used before and after training.
