fa افزایش وضوح گفتار در کودک مبتلا به فلج‌مغزی: گزارش موردی اختلالات گفتار و زبان گفتار و زبان مطالعۀ تک‌آزمودنی Single-subject Study <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> فلج‌مغزی می‌تواند به‌عنوان اختلال کنترل حرکتی و وضعیت بدنی تعریف شود که از طریق صدمه به سیستم اعصاب مرکزی، آسیب‌هایی را به زندگی آینده فرد تحمیل می‌کند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش</strong>: این پژوهش، گزارشی از کودک 5ساله و مبتلابه فلج‌مغزی اسپاستیک خفیف است که به‌دلیل نبود وضوح گفتار به گفتاردرمانی ارجاع داده شده بود. پس از ارزیابی گفتار کودک، به دلیل بی‌ثباتی بسیار شدید خطاهای گفتاری و همچنین گزارش والدین مبنی بر عدم‌افزایش وضوح گفتار حتی پس از درمان توسط درمانگران قبلی، رویکرد واژگان مرکزی آغاز شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بعد از 14جلسه درمان با این رویکرد، درمانگر شاهد افزایش ثبات تولید، وضوح کلی گفتار کودک و رضایت والدین از پیشرفت گفتار در کودک بود<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با انجام این مطالعه، به نظر می‌رسد درمان بی‌ثباتی در تولید گفتار با رویکرد واژگان مرکزی مفید است.&nbsp;</p> Background: Cerebral palsy can be defined as impaired motor control and posture caused by damage to the central nervous system and imposes damage in the future life of the person. Method: This is a report of 5 year-old case suffering from mild cerebral palsy referred to speech therapy due to the lack of clarity of speech. Evaluating speech of the child, central vocabulary approach began due to severe instability of speech errors as well as parents&rsquo; report expressing lack of clarity of speech even after treatment by the therapist. Results: After 14 sessions of treatment with this approach, the therapist observed an increase in production stability, improvement in overall clarity of speech and an increase of parent&rsquo;s consents of the child&#39;s speech development.
