fa طراحی و سنجش روایی محتوایی برنامه آموزش توجه مشترک برای کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم اتيسم Autism اصیل پژوهشی Original Article چکیده<br> زمینه و هدف: از آنجایی که توجه مشترک، پایه ای برای یادگیری مهارت های محوری ازجمله زبان، ارتباطات اجتماعی و<br> شناخت اجتماعی فراهم می کند، به یک هدف برای مداخله درمانی برای کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم تبدیل شده است.<br> ازاین رو، هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و تدوین مؤلفه های برنامه آموزش توجه مشترک با رویکرد سنتز پژوهی و براساس اصول<br> مداخله به هنگام برای کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم بود.<br> روش: روش به کار گرفت هشده در این پژوهش کیفی و از نوع سنتز پژوهی بود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل تمام مقالات،<br> پایان نامه ها و پژوه شهای آموزش توجه مشترک به کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم بود که با واژه های کلیدی آموزش توجه مشترک؛<br> برنامه توجه مشترک و اختلال طیف اتیسم از طریق موتورهای جستجوگر و پایگاه های منابع علمی انگلیسی زبان شامل پا بمد، ام<br> بیس، ای پی ای سای اینفو، پروکوئست، گوگل اسکولار، ساینس دایرکت، اسپیرینگر، و علاو هبر واژه های کلیدی بالا آموزش توجه<br> مشترک و برنامه توجه مشترک از طریق پایگا ههای فارس یزبان مگ ایران و پایگاه مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی مورد جستجو<br> قرار گرفتند. از بین 60 مقاله منتشرشده در گستره زمانی سال های 2010 تا 2021 ، تعداد 34 مقاله پژوهشی به زبان های فارسی و<br> انگلیسی انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از روش سندلوسکی و باروسو برای طبقه بندی داده های سنتز پژوهی استفاده شد.<br> یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش ها پس از تحلیل، کدگذاری و طبقه بندی شاخص هایی نشان داد، مؤلفه های آموزش توجه مشترک<br> به کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم 3 تا 5 ساله مبتنی بر 7 مقوله اصلی اساسی و بنیادی شامل یافت توجه، آغازگری توجه<br> مشترک؛ پاسخ به توجه مشترک؛ شروع درخواست های رفتاری؛ پاسخ به تعامل اجتماعی؛ آغاز تعامل اجتماعی و پاسخ به<br> درخواست های رفتاری استوار است و تمرین ها و فعالیت های آموزشی توجه مشترک است که می توانند مبتنی بر این مؤلفه ها<br> طراحی، اجرا و ارزیابی شوند. روایی محتوایی برنامه در روش والتز و باسل به طورکلی برابر با 84 / 0 می باشد که بیانگر روایی<br> محتوایی مناسب و قابل قبول برای این برنامه است.<br> &nbsp; Abstract<br> Background and Aim: Because Joint attention provides the basis for learning core skills such as language,<br> social communication, playfulness, mind theory, and behavior theory, it has become a target for therapeutic<br> intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify<br> and develop the components of a joint attention education program with a synthesis research approach and<br> based on the principles of timely intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder.<br> Method: used in this research is qualitative and Synthesis Research. The statistical community of research<br> synthesis in this research includes all articles, theses and studies on joint attention training for children with<br> autism spectrum disorder. that with that with the keywords of joint attention training; Joint attention program<br> and autism spectrum disorder through search engines and English-language scientific resource databases<br> including Pup Med, Embase, PsycINFO, ProQuest, Google Scholar, Science Direct, Springer and the keywords<br> in addition to the above keywords of joint attention training and joint attention program were searched through<br> Magiran and SID Persian language databases.. Among these, there are 34 research articles in English and<br> Persian, which were selected from among 60 published articles in the period from 2010 to 2021.<br> Results: After analysis, coding and classification, the research results showed indicators. The components<br> of joint attention training for children with autism in the age range of 3 to 5 years have been extracted based<br> on the components arising from the study of theoretical foundations and research background in the form of<br> research synthesis. Accordingly, joint attention training based on seven basic categories, including attention<br> recognition, initiation of joint attention; Response to shared attention; Initiation of behavioral requests;<br> Response to social interaction; The beginning of social interaction and response to behavioral requests is<br> solid, and joint attention exercises and training activities can be designed, implemented and evaluated based<br> on these components.
