other نقش مداخله مبتنی بر تعامل والد-کودک در درمان کودکان با اختلال هیجانی رفتاری اتيسم Autism اصیل پژوهشی Original Article چکیده<br> زمینه و هدف: اختلالات هیجانی رفتاری نتیجه انواع آسیب های روان شناختی در طی دوره تحول به خصوص دوره<br> کودکی اولیه است که رفتارهای ضدّ اجتماعی، اختلال در عملکرد تحصیلی و اجتماعی را در سنین بعدی به دنبال دارد.<br> الگوهای تعاملی خانواده ها با کودکان، ازجمله عوامل مؤثر بر فرآیند تحول و سلامت روان کودک در سنین نوجوانی و<br> بزرگسالی و مداخلات مبتنی بر اصلاح تعاملات والد-کودک جزو درمان های کارآمد در درمان این اختلالات است.<br> بدین ترتیب، هدف از این مطالعه مروری، بررسی شواهد درمان های مبتنی بر تعامل والد-کودک و اثربخشی این درمان ها<br> بر انواع اختلالات روان شناختی در کودکان و همچنین بررسی ابعاد و ویژگی های آنها است.<br> روش: این مطالعه از نوع مروری روایتی است که طی آن مطالعات انجام شده درباره نقش تعامل والد کودک در بهبود<br> انواع اختلالات هیجانی رفتاری مورد بررسی عمیق قرار گرفته و در پایان نتیجه گیری لازم انجام شده است.<br> نتیجه گیری: نتایج بررسی پژوهش های انجام شده در این حیطه مبین اثربخش و کارآمد بودن الگوهای درمانی مبتنی بر<br> تعامل والد کودک بر گستره وسیعی از اختلالات هیجانی رفتاری درون نمود و برون نمود بوده است، بدین ترتیب، مداخلات<br> باید بر کیفیت روابط بین والدین و کودک برای ارائه ی طرح درمانی تأ کید کنند. به همین منظور در این مقاله، با بیان ویژگی های<br> کودک با اختلال هیجانی رفتاری و بررسی کیفیت روابط کودک با والد، مدل درمانی کارآمد و مفید جهت بهبود تعاملات و<br> روابط ارائه شده که به عنوان یک روش مکمل و پیشگیرانه در حیطه آموزش و درمانگری، قابلیت استفاده دارد.<br> &nbsp; Abstract<br> Background and Purposes: Behavioral emotional disorders are the result of a variety of psychological<br> problems during the developmental period, especially early childhood, which lead to antisocial behaviors,<br> dysfunction of academic and social performance at later ages. Interaction patterns of families with children<br> are among the factors affecting the process of development and mental health of children in adolescence<br> and adulthood, and interventions based on improving parent-child interactions are among the effective<br> interventions in the treatment of these disorders. Thus, the purpose of this narrative review study was to<br> investigate the evidence and the effectiveness of therapies based on parent-child interaction on various<br> psychological disorders in children, as well as their dimensions and characteristics.<br> Method: This study is a narrative in which the studies on the role of parent-child interaction in the<br> improvement of various behavioral emotional disorders are analyzed, and at the end the necessary<br> conclusions are made.<br> Conclusion: The results of studies conducted in this field indicate the effectiveness of treatment models<br> based on the parent-child interaction on a wide range of internalzing and externalizing emotional behavioral<br> disorders.
