fa مروری بر راهنمای طبقه‌بندی و تشخیصی سلامت روان و اختلالات تحولی دوران نوزادی و ابتدای کودکی عمومي General مروری Review Article <strong>زمینه:</strong> هدف از این مطالعه، معرفی راهنمای طبقه‌بندی و تشخیصی سلامت روان و اختلالات تحولی دوران نوزادی و ابتدای کودکی و مرور اجمالی تغییرات آن در آخرین ویراست است. برای این منظور این راهنما و مطالعات مربوط به آن با استفاده از روش مرور سیستماتیک در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی <span dir="LTR">Direct, PubMed, Google scholar</span> <span dir="LTR">Science</span> و با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های <span dir="LTR">DC:0-5, infancy disorders, childhood disorders</span> &nbsp;و <span dir="LTR">classification</span> مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پس از جمع‌آوری منابع، این راهنما از جنبه‌های تاریخچه‌ای و شیوۀ طبقه‌بندی با سایر نظام‌های رایج طبقه‌بندی اختلالات روانی یعنی ویراست پنجم راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی (<span dir="LTR">DSM</span>) و طبقه‌بندی بین‌المللی بیماری‌ها (<span dir="LTR">ICD</span>) مقایسه شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>نتایج نشان داد که آخرین ویراست راهنمای طبقه‌بندی و تشخیصی سلامت روان و اختلالات تحولی دوران نوزادی و ابتدای کودکی نسبت به دو نظام تشخیصی دیگر مقایسه شده، دقت و جامعیت بیشتری در طبقه‌بندی اختلالات مربوط به 6 سال ابتدای کودکی دارد. همچنین امکان تطبیق این نظام‌های طبقه‌بندی وجود دارد که به دقت عمل متخصصان برای تشخیص اختلالات کمک می‌کنند.<br> <br> &nbsp; <strong>Background</strong>: The purpose of this study was to introduce the diagnostic classification of mental health and developmental disorders of infancy and early childhood and review its changes in the latest edition. To do this, using the systematic review method by searching the following words (DC:0-5, infancy disorders, childhood disorders, classification) in scientific websites like, Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar databases data were collected. After collecting resources, DC:0-5 were compared to DSM<strong> and </strong>ICD.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The results showed that the latest edition of DC:0-5 has more precision and comprehensiveness in comparison to DSM<strong> and </strong>ICD in classification of disorders of first 6 years.
