The purpose of this research is to analyze the work life quality of exceptional schools’ teachers. For this purpose, a sample of 160 teachers using the classified random sampling method across the Bushehr exceptional schools teachers in the academic year 2010-2011 was selected. To collect the data, work life quality questionnaire was used and its admissibility and reliability was calculated and confirmed. The results of the analysis of data indicated that, generally, work life quality of exceptional schools teachers in the province of Bushehr is desirable. Meanwhile, the highest quality rate belongs to the component of constitutionalism in the work organization and the lowest quality belongs to the component of immediate opportunities for development and using human capabilities. Also, as far as the fair and adequate compensation safe and healthy working environment and the social cohesiveness in the professional organization are concerned, there is a significant difference in the work life quality of male and female teachers in exceptional schools. However, there was not any significant difference between the components of work life quality of teachers in exceptional schools, having various service backgrounds. Additionally, the data showed that there is a significant difference between the work life quality of exceptional school teachers with various academic degrees as far as the component of safe and healthy work environment and constitutionalism in the professional organization are concerned.
